- Place of origin: Japan, China and Korea
- Description: Climbing vine with opposite, pinnately compound leaves with white fragrant flowers.
- Grow best: Plant them in the shade but ensure they can climb into full sunlight. Need well-draining but moist soil with organic manure and adequate water. Propagation by seeds invasively.
- Use: Plant along with climbing roses for a good intertwining effect of blooms; and for borders and beds.
