Place of origin: Tropical America.
Description: Small perennial epiphytes with stout stems, fleshy attractive leaves of various shapes, sizes and colors. Flowers are inconspicuous, cordlike yellow or brown and on conical spikes.
Grow best: In moderate lighting, in well-drained soil with plenty of watering. Propagated by leaf cuttings, or seeds.
Use: Attractive indoor foliage plant suitable for placing on tables.
