•Description: This succulent grows in a rosette of flat, round leaves. The gray-green leaves, covered with a whitish bloom, grow to about 15 cm long, becoming tinged in red when exposed to sun. Mature plants may produce a tall spike of fragrant, yellow flowers.
•Grow best: Loves bright light and enjoys some direct sun. Mix of garden, sandy and clayey soils, slightly acidic. Do not overwater. Propagate from single leaf planted into soil.
•Use: Ornamental. Plant in gravel gardens, paved areas, rockeries and small containers. Also terrariums. Adds bold texture and form to a succulent garden.
